There's no denying the fact that the ponytail is a classic style. We don't know about you, but certainly rely on this style in the mornings. It's a pretty style which can be achieved in no time at all. The ponytail is still very much on-trend and has been all over the catwalks recently. If you're looking for some new and exciting ways to jazz up your ponytail style, then we've got three ideas for you.
1/ 1. Sixties style
If you're a fan of all things retro, try a glamorous 60's ponytail. To get the look, wash and Then, apply volumising mousse or spray to the crown section of your hair blow-dry your hair as normal. When the hair is totally dry, use a bristle brush to backcomb the crown area. Next, take a hair tie and use it to tie your hair into a ponytail. Another way to shake up your ponytail style is by giving it a wet look finish. Run some high shine gel through the roots of your hair before creating your ponytail. To make sure that your hair doesn't look greasy, leave the mid-section of hair free from product. A wet look finish will instantly update your ponytail style, as well as giving it an edgy, rock 'n' roll look.
If you prefer glossy, sweeping styles that ooze femininity, opt for a ponytail with curled ends. Create a neat ponytail as you usually would, high or low. Use a curling iron to curl the ends of the ponytail. Top tip: Try curling around 3-4 large sections for a relaxed romantic look. Say goodbye to those boring hair days!

If loose, romantic styles are more your thing then try a ponytail with curled ends. Create a neat ponytail (whether it's a high one or a low one is up to you). Use a curling iron to curl the ends of the ponytail. Try dividing the pony into three or four large sections before you do so for a romantic, relaxed look.
