Loose waves are a great look for summer and at Berlin Fashion Week, models at the Dimitri show proved this to be true once more... albeit for next summer because fashion is basically time travel sometimes. With the sides loosely pinned back, this hairstyle was understated enough to keep the focus on the clothes without fading into the background. It also did a great job of showing off those gorgeous coppery smoky eyes!

If you would like to try this style on your own hair, just follow the tutorial below.

The great thing about this 'do is that it can be done on any hair length which falls level with the jaw or lower. So whether you have a bob cut or Rapunzel tresses, this is definitely a look worth trying!

Step one: Starting with slightly damp hair - either freshly washed or quickly misted with water - apply salt spray throughout, focusing on the lengths.

Step two: Twist and pin the hair up in large sections and leave it to dry. If you can, do this step overnight.

Step three: Take out the pins and shake out your hair.

Step four: Take a section of hair from each side of your head and pin then back to create the half-up part of this look. Re-spray the ends with some more salt spray and scrunch. If you want to add more texture, apply a small amount of wax to the ends instead.

Step five: Spray your whole style liberally with a finishing spray to give you long-lasting hold so those waves stay in place all day long!

What do you think? Could this be your new go-to summer hairstyle?
