The runway is normally a pretty good place to look for hairstyle inspiration, like this super shiny sculpted style we spotted at Rio de Janeiro Fashion Week. It's a high impact, don't-mess-with-me, kind of style, which guarantees you some serious side-glances on the sidewalk! Want to know how to get the look? Just follow our simple tutorial below...
High shine, high impact
To recreate this exact look, you'll need hair that's longer on top, and short at the sides. Naturally wavy hair looks really good with this style.
When hair is still wet after washing, use your blowdryer to dry the hair back, away from your face. Use some Studio Line SFX 24H Radical Gel to hold and add shine, leaving one side section free.
Then create a side part, and use the blowdryer again to smooth the side part section over the central section of hair.
Apply some more styling gel along the line of your part. Take a fine-tooth comb and lightly distribute the product in the direction of the hair, over your head, without disturbing the direction of the rest of the hair.
Apply some gel to your palms, rub your hands together, and then run them down the sides of your head, taking care not to muss the top section.
Wait a few minutes for the gel to set properly, using your comb to smooth down any out-of-place hairs, then take some high-shine finishing spray, close your eyes, and spritz all over your head.
And you're done! A super-scuplted, high-shine style... ready to turn some heads?
