There are many styles to choose from for long-haired ladies and one of the best incorporates a cute, chic sunhat. Style and sun protection all in one, this look is a perfect vacation look. Here are some tips for lovely long waves and even a day two ponytail!
Long Wavy Hair
Use a shampoo and conditioner for wavy hair, preferably one which also helps smooth frizz. A regular moisture mask can also help to keep your hair- and waves- looking their best. Once the hair is washed and towel-dried, spritz it through with a detangling and heat protect spray before combing through with a wide-tooth comb.
Allow your hair to dry completely, either naturally by air or with the help of your blow dryer. Once that's done, separate the hair into two sections (top and bottom) and begin curling large sections with a medium size curling iron. Gently remove the curls from the iron and allow then to cool as you work your way around the head. Move on to the top sections and use your fingers to brush through the hair, gently breaking up the curls into loose waves. Finish with a spritz of strong-hold hairspray. Now, just top off your look with a stylish sunhat!
The Next Day Ponytail
After you've been around town showing off your long wavy hair, you may want to switch things up the next day. It's easier than you think! Bend over and let your hair hang loose. Now as you straighten, brush it up and back away from your face. Tie in place with a trendy ribbon to match your outfit and you're all set!
