Starting with clean, towel dried hair, apply a smoothing cream evenly from roots to ends. Blow-dry your hair until it's only slightly damp, using the concentrator attachment to minimize frizz.
When your hair is almost dry, complete the blowout using a round brush to curl the mid-lengths and ends.
Once dried, part your hair slightly off-center with a tail comb, then gently brush it through.
Use a medium-sized curling iron to create more loose waves. When each piece of hair comes off the iron, clip it up to cool while you work on the next. This will make sure your strands set into long lasting curls.
When all of your hair has been curled and cooled, unclip it and gently brush it through again to smooth the waves. After brushing, finger-comb your hair to make the curls seem more natural.
To get a glossy finish, mist your completed look with a high-shine finishing spray to tack down any flyaways and prevent frizz.
