The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is known for sending models down its runway with long, natural beach-y waves that trigger a sense of envy in just about anyone who has hair. But when it comes time for the after-party, models experiment with styles that complement their glamorous gowns and individual personalities.

To offer you some holiday hair inspiration, we're breaking down three of the top trends we spotted on the Victoria's Secret after-party pink carpet. Read on to find out who embraced their Victoria's Secret waves, and who re-purposed them for the after-party!

HAIRSTYLE TRENDS FROM THE VICTORIA'S SECRET FASHION SHOW AFTER-PARTY

Beach-y waves

Over the past few years, Victoria's Secret models have become known for their long locks and voluminous beach-y waves. And it seems as though the models themselves love the look just as much as we do! For the show's swanky after-party, supermodels (and former ones) Elsa Hosk, Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid, Kendall Jenner and Devon Windsor, among others, embraced the beach-y curls they rocked on the runway. Beach-y waves are versatile look that can be worn for everyday or to a swanky party (if it's good enough for the VS after-show party, it's good enough for your holiday one!) Better yet, they can be easily achieved with the help of a curling iron and a little bit of texture spray!

Slicked back

While some angels opted to keep their beach-y waves, others went for an entirely different look. Blonde bombshell Romee Strijd adopted the chic, slicked back wet-looking hairstyle trend that's been popping up on runways and red carpets everywhere over the past few months. To achieve this look, apply a styling gel onto damp hair, then use a brush or comb to comb the hair back from your forehead to the back of your head. Finish off with hairspray to keep the look in place and apply gel to the ends to give your hair that full-on wet-looking appearance!

Curled up-dos

What would a pink carpet be without a stylish up-do? While most models opted to keep their hair long and beach-y, others pulled their tousled curls into cool-girl up-dos that included everything from half-up half-down styles to buns and ponytails. Alessandra Ambrosio and Taylor Hill pulled their brown locks up into chic top buns, while Xiao Wen and Kike Lindgard wore cute, curly ponytails.
